308The John Wick universe has crafted quite a detailed lore around the underworld, and over the course of the first four movies, we have been familiarized with the High Table and several prominent crime families functioning under it. The newly released movie Ballerina: From the World of John Wick, introduces another faction referred to as the Cult, but this faction is very different from the ones that we have seen so far. The Cult has a major role to play in the events of the movie, but more importantly, it opens up a lot of questions regarding the nature of the organization and its potential future in the franchise.
