This walkthrough will show up how to get all characters to survive until the end of the game.

The trophies you will get in this part are:
Toasty - Charlie maintained control during dinner

A group of documentary film makers receive a mysterious call inviting them to a modern-day replica of serial killer H.H. Holmes ‘Murder Castle’. But on arrival they soon discover they’re being watched, and even manipulated, and suddenly there is much more at stake than just their ratings.

Here is the timeline for getting trophies and collectables throughout the game.

TIMELINE:
1:55 - 3:29 - Choose - Earnest, Reassuring, Hesitant and Serious. You'll need to make progress for another achievement during this section, so make sure to make the same dialogue choices as I do. It is important that we raise Kate & Marks relationship as high as we can here.

3:44 - 6:05 - Continue straight towards Kate, and then walk up the stairs, go forward and on the right-side wall you will find (WHITE PICTURE FRAME 4/13-UNITED).

6:16 - 8:00 - Go through the door Kate is standing by, you can interact with the window to see our raincoat friend again, then, on the corner of the desk you will find (SECRET 9/50-22-J. MORELLO HOLMES BOOK).

8:32 - 8:49 - Then get your camera out, the desk here is (PHOTO 1/27). When taking pictures, you need to make sure the reticule in the center is green. If it is not, it WILL NOT COUNT. You can confirm you got the picture by using the camera again on the desk. If there is no green reticule, it means you’ve already taken the picture.

9:17 - 12:21 - Continue exploring the room, you will notice a shiny on the right-side bookcase. Look up to see the item, then use your monopod to knock the book down. There will be a QTE (PRESS SQUARE) to catch the book. Upon inspecting it you will get (SECRET 10/50-29-NEWSPAPER CLIPPING). Go through the open door on the right, straight back on a desk you will find (SECRET 11/50-13-SHERMAN TAPE 1). You can interact with the door next to the tape recorder to see a key behind the locked door.

14:44 - 15:08 - Pull out your camera and aim it on the brown door in front of you. Once you see the green reticule, take the shot, giving you (PHOTO 2/27)

15:38 - 15:52 - Behind the ladder in the left corner, mixed in with the rubble is an OBOL.

21:11 - 21:19 - Choose Encouraging (this is to help Mark’s relationship bar with Kate to be full)

22:52 - 24:10 - Choose Empathetic, Bitter and Supportive (this is to help Mark’s relationship bar with Kate to be full)

26:07 - 32:13 - Choose Concerned, Reassuring, Playful, Enthusiastic, Appreciative and Authoritative to get the TOASTY TROPHY.
