In the first half of our fifty-fifth chapter, Aquans & Jonas are called upon, once again, by the city of Lyria for aid. This time they are asked to locate an important treaty that has been stolen, as well as the civil servant who worked on the treaty who has gone missing. With the imminent threat of the dragon, the theft of the treaty raises an obvious question, who benefits from its theft?
