Today I talk about how to differentiated Definitions and Dictionaries, and even though the both can store information , the information type is VERY different

Basically, a List stores lot's of different data inside it, like phone numbers, names, ID's, ETC. it is used so you can have only one thing (the list) storing lots of correlated info, so it is much easier to store and get it later.
A dictionary is a collection of def's, so it's just a lot of def's in the code
