@IKZORT полазил по форумам, вообще не знаю как это связано)) отключил двухфакторную верификацию и всё заработало) может кому и пригодится

Команды нужно применять по очереди:
netsh advfirewall
reset netsh int ip reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh winsock reset
P.S. вставлять в PowerShell можно с помощью Ctrl+V
перегрузите комп, перегрузите роутер

English 1st version
Run your CMD as admin and type or copy these comands into your CMD and press enter but do it one at a time, not all together at once but one at a time :

1. netsh advfirewall reset
2. netsh int ip reset
3. netsh int ipv6 reset
4. netsh winsock reset
and then restart your computer. Don't forget to reload router,

Open network and sharing center;

Click on your network;

Click on Properties button;

Choose TCP/IPv4 and on Properties button;

Enter Google’s dns: 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4;

Run cmd as administrator;

Enter following commands:

ipconfig /flushdn and press Enter.

ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter

ipconfig /release and press Enter.

ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Reboot your computer.

Turn off your firewall
