---Notes---
1.The Division runs at 1366x768 with render resolution at 85%.
2.I had SEVERE loading texture issues cause of the slow CPU while recording its better without recording but this problem still exists if you have a faster CPU you should be fine.
3.GTS 450 can handle the game at 30-40 fps at those settings from what im guessing..
4.Game was mostly around the 30ish FPS but it would stutter to load some textures and drop to 25 sometimes..
5.I thought the game would play MUCH MUCH worse and im actually surprised aside form the texture loading issues the game is playable lol..
6.Overall i like the game but its definitely not for old dual core CPUs such as mine :P.....
