To get this Easter Egg along with the Trophy/Achievement titled "Stick to the Script", at the very end of Chapter 4 - A Ghost is Born when you come across Ruvik's brain in the S.T.E.M machine at the top tower of Beacon Mental Hospital, you must shoot it... And you get this easter egg ending. Also you get a photo of Sebastian, Joseph and Kidman posing with the text, "Congratulations! You did it!" Similar to the Remake/Remaster of Resident Evil 1 when you get a special photo of Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine with the text, "Congratulations" when you beat the game...
