This is a Let's Play of Super Mario Galaxy, released on the Nintendo Wii in 2007. Super Mario Galaxy is a 3D collectable in a similar vein to Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine, although Super Mario Galaxy takes things in a more linear direction, focuses more on platforming and mini puzzles than it does on free-roaming exploration. Super Mario Galaxy is known for its use of the Wii Remote's motion controls and pointer features, integrated naturally as part of the game's controls.
In this Let's Play, Katie and I will be playing Super Luigi Galaxy, the New Game +/Hard Mode unlocked after collecting all 120 Power Stars as Mario. Katie will be playing as P2, known in-game as "Co-Star Play", a very limited support mode where the second player can stun enemies and grab Starbits, the in-game currency. We will be collecting all 120 Power Stars in the game as Luigi, and showing off any tricks or secrets we know about in this Let's Play.
In this episode of Let's Play Super Luigi Galaxy (Co-op), we begin the Kitchen dome, continuing with the Beach Bowl Galaxy by clearing the missions "The Secret Undersea Cavern", "Fast Foes on the Cyclone Stone", and "Wall Jumping up Waterfalls" before heading in to the Buoy Base Galaxy to complete "The Floating Fortress".
