if you use your repair tool, then press b to put it away and bring back your last equipped item while still holding RT, you will be moving that item in the same movement as the repair tool. if the last thing you were holding was a melee weapon, then this bug will allow you to do rapid melee attacks with no cost of energy, and you still do the full damage of the weapon, making quick work of even the creepy mutants. if you get hit while in this bugged attack state, you will lose the effect, and you will be returned to using your melee weapon as normal. you can also let go of RT to stop at any time. if you do this with an ax, this will allow you to very quickly cut down trees and make your base that much bigger that much faster.

tl;dr: repair tool + putting it away while still using it = very fast attacks with any melee weapon you were last holding with no energy cost.
