8The 2023 The Game Awards is yet another example of this gaming show going down the drain, and a big no-no was not taking a few moments to address the current state of the gaming industry. Constant layoffs and toxic behavior are just getting worse. And yet, maybe a few minutes to acknowledge the industry and maybe a few words on how it needs to improve. But it didn't happen, and that's frustrating. #thegameawards
