Bethesda took to twitter to officially announce that Starfield and Redfall were both being delayed until 2023. They explained that both games are aiming for a high level of polish and while a delay to get the game running as smoothly as possible is never something that you can reasonably complain about there are a lot of implications that occur as a result.
Starfields delay may not come as a shock to some people but the news hits hard when you realize that Xbox won't have any major first party releases for the entire year. And what happens now to the Elder Scrolls 6? What about Fallout 5 and beyond!?
