In this episode I show you and talk briefly about the parts I have chosen to make the iHack out of. Below is the final list of parts plus a link so you can see the cost of the build over time.

CPU + GPU - Intel i7 4770k Quad Core 3.5GHz
MoBo - Gigabyte Z87X-OC
PSU - Corsair Builder Series CX 500W
SSD - Samsung 256GB 840 PRO Series
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 1x8GB
CASE - Fractal Design Define R4 Titanium

If you want to go even cheaper I can only recommend skimping out on three items:
CPU: An i5 will do just fine. As long as it is from the 3rd or 4th generation. like I said before I would have gotten an i5 if I did not receive a donation to go towards an i7.
MoBo: If you're not interested in overclocking you can save yourself some money by getting the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H. But it's quality is not as good as the OC
CASE: I went for a nice looking case because I wanted to. You can just as easily get a naff looking box to house this in. Or do some DIY work. The choice is yours. I don't recommend anything under £30 though.
