We now have caves to explore, that contain mushrooms, that we need to craft a new bandage called a medicated bandage. We need this new bandage because now we can get infected from a Vambie or a animal! We also have new updated AI, that move and dodge and jump, instead of just running in a straight line toward us. We also get new food recipes and some new building options for our foundations. The Infected is a zombie survival game where you take on Vambies a cross between vampires and zombies, and fight wild animals as well as base building and gathering resources.
