Tl;dr B3 Broly's ←K+G is something else.

Back in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, LSSj Broly had a unique starter in ←K+G (accessible only after transformation).
This starter was really fast, 12f (EU), considering that the average P jab floats around 11f.
It also had a LOT of range and forward momentum, while on hit it dealt such a huge stun that Broly could easily sidestep off of it and get a combo from the back.
But the real deal is how much advantage LSSj Broly's ←K+G had: with a perfect cancel, it's +7 ON BLOCK. Unless you have a really fast jab and move one frame faster than him, at best you're gonna trade, but he gets a full stun off of it, you only get a counter hit.
Wanna pressure him back? No thanks. ←K+G is ARMORED after the first hit and, even if you mash P, you're gonna trade at best, while Broly gets a free hard knockdown.
From there, it's really easy to pressure the opponent even more and rack up a lot of chip damage, or even over 2k dmg with one simple combo. More often than not, it will be also guaranteed, 'cause you can't recovery enough Ki to teleport away from it.

I guess Broly's the Legendary Super Saiyan for a reason...
