In Part 1 of my The Last of Us Part 2 series, we are reunited with Joel and Ellie and we get to re-discover their new life as well as this new post apocalyptic world that they are living in. Ellie is a teenager while Joel is older. Joel takes off with Tommy to inspect a new infected area and Ellie heads off with Dina to find out where they went and what happened to them. We are also introduced to a host of new characters like Dina and Jesse as well.
