Only a couple years ago, airsofters dreamed of a day when they could lay their hands on a replica of Russia's newest addition to their arsenal. The AK-12 seemed so futuristic, so alien, exciting in every way. Admittingly we had high hopes for the prototype model to make it's way into the airsoft world but the finalized and approved model of the AK-12 would do either way.
Quickly after NPO released their $700 "true to the real deal" model we saw LCT Airsoft step up to the plate and then Arcturus as well. SO many companies wanted in on the AK-12 hype in the market and many would assume the LCT to be the clear winner.
Sadly, that's not so.
This replica could have been better and I'll tell you why.
