Here's the end of the first field study day in Heimdallr, we get to know Elliot's past and why he chose to attend Thors,

Here you also know why I used Machias in the practical exam xD
anyway about the fight against these two, They have the same crafts as they do in your party so it's nothing surprising in this section, you better have protection against Seal and Petrify against these two (Machias' Pertrifying shells) though I didn't need them on Fie thanks to Falco Master Quartz and her Evasion Rate
I could use scud ripper to try to defeat them both but if Rean would've survived it and not Machias he'd enter emergency mode and use his S-Craft, and this would mean game over xDD so I decided to focus on Rean with it, both have a reasonable resistance against all status that's why there is a chance you can get an OHKO with a single Scud Ripper at the beginning xD, you can try to use other status against them as well x)
