You must wait until the stork appears. Waiting is what you'll do and patience is a virtue here. You've already learned all there is to know about this virtue in other parts of the game, but that's part of its charm. The stork flies across the screen a couple of times. Some videos say that the stork will arrive at 20:00:00, but that's not when it happens in this video. It will then land and give you a funny look. The stork will dislodge the key from the platform. It'll drop onto the middle of the little bridge. The key unlocks the door to the secret room in the lower part of the cave. That is all.
