"The Lost Boys" tells the story of two brothers who just moved to the new costal town of Santa Carla. But little by little they start to unravel the blood-sucking truth. This town is also the home to a group of young, leather jacket wearing vampires. This movie had such a unique blend of genres. It had horror, comedy, and a lot of '80s atmosphere and nostalgia. While offering some unique lore and new twists on the classic vampire.
The performances were fantastic too! Sam Emerson played by Corey Haim killed it with his charisma and Michael Emerson (Jason Patric) was fantastic as the teenager turned vampire! Not to mention David (Kiefer Sutherland) he stole every scene he was in!
