Someone selling modded 3ds systems for $185 on Facebook marketplace https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1608339489628985/?mibextid=dXMIcH
You might be able to find a lower price or a bigger model for the same price if you shop around but this isn't a bad deal for one with a lot of games already installed.

Disclaimer: I do own Dragonball Z dead zone in DVD and I own some physical 3ds, Gameboy and DS cartridges. I didn't mod the system myself so I think it's technically legal.
