Games like Angry Birds, Clash of Clans and Plants vs Zombies helped define mobile gaming for me when I was younger, however after more recently taking a look back at some of my old favourite games, it seems that most are either filled to the brim with adverts now, or helped push mobile gaming into a state of pay to win (or pay to not wait for timers, I guess).
