7Managed to get the Bleemsync hack up and running!
Took some doing to get it exactly right (had plenty of errors and games not running but follow the guides on youtube to the letter. Have 30 games on at the moment.

This program you just drag in what .bin or .img etc etc Ps1 game files you have (dont bother with daemon tools etc) and convert the files (uncheck vcd you dont need them. just the .bin and .cue files.
It will help you get the .bin and .cue files you need.
Follow guides on youtube on how to rename these files to ones such as sles-0001 etc.
use a jpeg to png resizer website to convert your box art (226x226 pixels)
take some time to get all of your games written out and in the correct folders.
dont forget to run bleemsync.exe at the end to add your games to the database. it will help identify any errors.
also. if you dont get any response from the controllers or the buttons not working etc just copy the .cfg of the setting inside the gamedata folder into each game so that each game has a setting and not a blank one.
looking forward to modding this with a hard drive.
