What this Game Looks like To Me
Let's start this off on a bit of a positive. 3rd person, its pretty much always an advantage in games. It also provides me with a fun little look into how everyone else experiences everyday, because in real life I have noooo where near that much peripheral vision (more on that in my channels description), so being able to play a character and have this much situational awareness is kind of nice.
It doesn't do anything to help the fact that the characters barely have faces outside of the cut scenes, but that's nothing new for me. Literally anyone more than roughly 2 metres away looks like that, even in reality.
Now an extra bonus I haven't mentioned yet. Not only is vision quite terrible during the day, my version of my condition comes with the added bonus of total night blindness. Which that means is, it doesn't matter how clear the sky or how full the moon, it's just blackness (other than the moon or street lights etc). I cam literally count the number of stars I've seen personally on my fingers. And I've been to some pretty remote locations to try.
How this translates to game, well luckily for me the game is waaay brighter than reality. I mean there's still plenty of spots that look like empty pits of blackness. on top of that anything that is darkly coloured (eg the crows, the bad guys and most of the forest) are pretty much just silhouettes to me. buy yjsyd finr, i make it work in real life i can make it work here.
I think that about wraps this up. If you took the time read this, I thankyou and I hope it was at least I little bit informative fot you.
