HAROLD SQUARE NYC. Very short video explaining some of the Secret solve by Marcus Conte. You can see his video in link below. Harold Square in New York City has the James Gordon Bennett Memorial that matches.
I do believe many people are over thinking this. Byron Preiss went to a location and looked around and made small poems or hints from what he saw around him. Do not over think these. I live in New York State by nowhere near NYC or I would be there poking away at his location. I only hope somebody does. Josh Gates where are you?

Other people are talking about Battery Park or Ellis Island. So many things do not match. The grey giant, there are no cars abound! You do not need to see the Statue of Liberty from the dig spot. Only the clues in the Verses.
