THE SILENT REVENGE and TSR Part 2 ( 1982 Deaf movie with C.C. subtitles in English and Japanese )
This 1982 Deaf Action short Feature movie, filmed in Cranbourne and Frankston streets in Victoria, Australia, is the deaf film director Robert Hoskin's debut at Dramatic element, as well performed in it as a main lead character along with his old skool friends who played alongside him. Featuring the late Chris Kenny, the toughie guy with the mirrored glasses and his simply-minded mate who firstly attacked at Robert's friend Frank at his home. Robert has sought for revenge at them. All the signing dialogues is in Auslan with old English-style signings which was originally written by Robert Hoskin. His other unfinished film, made in 1984, with the remaining characters of Robert and Chris' with the first-time appearance of Naida Tarasinski, an attractive lady with angelic expressions who Robert tried to take her on his stride for a new romance insight. All the scenes was filmed in Super 8 film format in 2:35:1 Panavision ratio, as it was very first-ever premiered at Jolimont Deaf Welfare Hall in East Melbourne in 4th December, 1982, although the sequel 'Part 2' was never been released in Australia until now. Now presenting with C.C. subtitles in English and Japanese - that's the main reason that the Double-Billed 'Revenge' films was also released in Tokyo and Nagoya, Japan, in middle of 1986.
