The Symbolism of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (Trailer Analysis/Theories)
With the new Xenoblade Chronicles 3 trailer from Monolith Soft having been revealed during the February Nintendo Direct we felt like we needed to cover all of the symbolism that we could find in this trailer while also diving into some of our analyses and theories. It looks like Xenoblade Chronicles 3 follows the stories of Noah and Mio, off-seers from the nations of Keves and Agnus respectively as well as their companions Lanz, Eunie, Taion, and Sena. This is a story all about the conflict between these two where the people of this world "fight to live, and live to fight." We will be covering topics like the meaning of many of the colors in the trailer, the idea of an ouroboros, who this man who looks distinctly like Vandham from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 could possibly be, and what is going on with Melia and Nia and how the worlds of Xenoblade Chronicles 1 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 intersect within Aionios.
