The Terminator: Future Shock (DOSBox) - Mission 07 - No Commentary
33No commentary playthrough of 1995's Terminator: Future Shock. I can't remember on whick skill level I played this, so let's say it's on medium/normal. This is played through Terminator: SkyNET, a sequel which allowed to run the previous game through its updated engine.
Based on the Terminator movies, Future Shock takes you to the post-apocalyptic Earth after the machines won the war. You are a new recuit fighting for the Resistance and dismantling a new time defying threat from the machines.
Future Shock is an extremely ambitious game for 1995. Being the very first game produced and designed by Bethesda's Todd Howard, he surely pushed the envelope. It features a fully 3D texture mapped environments, 3D enemies, pushed the use of mouse look, vehicle sections and open-world-ish missions where you can roam freely. Also, as you might expect from Bethesda, it's a buggy game, even with modern fixes and patches experienced a few mission restarting bugs.

Playthrough sin comentar del Terminator: Future Shock de 1995. No puedo recordar en qué nivel de dificultad lo he jugado, pero digamos que fue en normal/medio. Está jugado a través de Terminator: SkyNET, la secuela, que permitía jugar al juego anterior con su motor mejorado.
Basado en las películas de Terminator, Future Shock nos lleva a un mundo post-apocalíptico después de que las máquinas hayan ganado la guerra. Eres un nuevo recluta luchando para la Resistencia y desmantelando una nueva amenaza temporal de las máquinas.
Future Shock es un juego extremadamente ambicioso para 1995. Es el primer juego producido y diseñado por el Todd Howard de Bethesda, y realmente forzó un puñado de cosas nuevas. Tiene un mundo en 3D texturizados, enemigos 3D, forzó el uso de la mirada con ratón, secciones sobre vehículos, y misiones pseudo-mundo-abierto donde puedes explorar con libertad. Y como cabe esperar de un juego de Bethesda, es un juego con bastantes bugs, incluso con parches y arreglos de comunidad experimenté algunos bugs que me hicieron reiniciar misiones.
