So as it turns out, while Alvin was definitely working with the bad guys it seems like they were pretty much relying on him double crossing them at some point and fed him bad intel, leading us to mistake the attacks we were seeing as being targeted towards Milla, while they were actually being targeted at Elize the whole time.
