The Universal I - Finding the True Self
10What is the True Self? I suggest it is the Universal I. That sense of 'being me' - what it is like to be me (or you)... The True Self is that, as opposed to the so-called 'false self' which is what is usually referred to in enlightenment circles as the 'ego': our narrative self that lies on top of our actual sense of self.

POSTING SCHEDULE
This depends in part on whether I have had time to record videos in between going to work and living the rest of my life! Usually it runs like this:
- Sat or Sun: a vlog or sightseeing video at midday (UK time).
- Gameplay videos: pretty random - typically at midday on weekdays, but not all the time.
- If I have something extra to post it usually appears at some random time :) I may livestream occasionally too.
