The Vault of Linder Kemm Quest (Divinity Original Sin 2)
516Vault of Linder Kemm is in his big Mansion which is at the western side of the Arx.
But before going to his vault you need to get a painting from the sewers, which is required to open a door inside the vault.
Inside the sewers there is a hidden door on wall that requires wits to be discovered. The door leads to the thieves guild. Upon entering the Thieves Guild, you will come face to face with a young girl, Big Tomorrah, who will set her 3 trolls loose upon you if you fail her speech check. There is an unusual painting in the thieves guild that you need to open a door in the vault. You can either pass persuasion check and buy the picture from the girl for 10000 golds or better kill the trolls and take the picture.
In the garden of Kemm's mansion you'll find a locked lever cleverly hidden in the bushes at around co-ordinates X:145, Y:310. Unlock it and pull it, and the entrance to Lord Kemm's vault will be open.
In the first level of the vault you will find the items asked by Cat the Appraiser for the Quest 'Old means Gold'. Each item gives you 38800 XP. After you are done exploring the first level, go to the end of the hall and use spirit vision to reveal an empty Frame. Place the unusual picture in the frave to open a secret door.
In the next room, collect the picture name responsibility (You will need it Later) and loot the chest for a powerful unique armor for mages, "Ruvola". Interact with a book on the shelf to open another door.
In the next level, you will get to talk to the God King. After the conversation is over, place the Painting named 'Responsibility' on the altar to open another hatch.
In the Final level, you will find Lord Arhu chained. Free him and complete Arhu's Quest.
