This bug happens when you switch to a different weapon while holding down the charge button and moving at the same time. It causes a funny animation to play that makes Link look like he needs to go to the bathroom! While it's fine if you want to call this "Shuffle Link", I think it's more fitting to call this "Woggle Link" which is a name coined by Tenuem.
