186Dancer is a steel sword in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, added by the Enhanced Edition update. It can be found in the nekker cave while escorting Brigida through the forest during the Crown Witness quest. Along with Forgotten vran sword, Caerme, and Mourner, it is one of the best steel swords in the game. It is only accessible in chapter 3.
(It is also possible to obtain a crafting diagram for Dancer in the Burned down hospital during the quest In the Claws of Madness in chapter I. Albeit extremely rare, it can be part of the loot in the chest behind the fake wall after the room where you fight the second pair of wraiths.)
The sword Deithwen can be looted from one of the skeletons near a ruined wagon, a short distance past the entrance to the caves east of Loc Muinne. It is guarded by two arachas. In Roche's path of Chapter III, a second copy of the sword appears in a cave by the forest path where Geralt can escort Brigida through during the quest Crown Witness.
ADDITIONAL:
During the quest Lilies and Vipers in Chapter III enter the forest cave system and make your way to the far northwest corner. Among the scattered papers, you will find Dorian's Diary and learn of his uncertain fate. Dorian was a sorcerer's apprentice and his master commanded him to observe the wolves during mating season resulting in poor Dorian getting bit. He notes the herbal remedies are not helping, but his other senses are becoming keener.
Return to the cave during the night (close to midnight works). The werewolf will appear in the northwest section where you found the diary, killing it should yield a Werewolf trophy.
