The Witcher 3 | RT Fidelity Mod applied for RT Shadow Pop-In Removal 40FPS CAP 1440p DLSS RTX2080TI
3Both of the RT MODs I use have download links below... although I've edited some values for FPS gains. But even with an Overclock, and Mods to help RTGI performance and boost quality in other shadow/reflective areas, it's still quite a CPU thread-limited game especially in Novigrad so I use a 40FPS CAP, using barely more than a couple cores/threads to process all the load which overcomes the cores in use and yields lower performance instead of scaling to more cores which it can't do.
