Já fiz de tudo.

Problem you encountered is probably caused by your processor which does not meet minimum requirements for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

We introduced a lot of improvements to our game along with patch 1.07 which made the game more CPU-intensive.
Dual Core CPUs are not compatible with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which requires a minimum of a Quad Core processor and freezes/stutters may occur on setups with CPUs below minimum requirements since patch 1.07.

To determine whether your PC meets the minimum requirements for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, please visit those sites:

In this case all I can advise is to:
1. Turn off all unnecessary programs in the background,
2. Lower graphics and post processing settings to minimum,
3. Switch to Windowed/Borderless Window
4. Lower in-game resolution
