Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was remastered by Groove street games and not rockstar games, so this could be why Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition lacked that rockstar touch. The GTA triology was riddle with bugs and glitches, and was poorly AI upscaled.
