I spent a good deal of time getting this working, so I thought I would share.

1. Download my files (required).

2. Extract to your USB drive for TheC64 (make sure it preserves the directory).

01:10 - Press F7 to play the game.
03:01 - Create a new SNAPSHOT (leftmost button to SAVE); in the video I already had one.
03:23 - After you've selected the MAP disk, LOAD your snapshot (second button from the right)

Button or F7 will launch the game! For subsequent plays, select the MAP disk and load the snapshot.

Technical details. This required true drive emulation (aka accurate disk emulation) and you needed to create a MAP disk (20+ minutes).
