Still here? Wanna hear more about the song? Ok! Debuting in August last year, TheCreeperGreen does loop on Speaks's twitch. This version doesn't loop since I like the idea of songs having a close. This was made to be in the same style as Don't Starve Together's main theme, a sort of dark waltz. To get me going I borrowed just a little bit from the inspired song. The waltz baseline starts as just the DST main theme's, but in a different key. The song also started title "I dun wanna starve" as a placeholder name, before I cracked a joke over how the song sounds creepy, thus, "TheCreeperGreen" was born. The song originally started out as just piano, since I didn't know entirely what I was going to do at that point, and I just kinda built out from there to all the instruments to make it what it is now. This is perhaps my favorite song I've written, and it makes sense why too. I mean, this is the first song (That wasn't cancelled by the requester) that I've written for someone, my honor was at stake there.
