In the new BTD6 Update V38.0, Ninja Kiwi buffed the relentless glue:
"xx4 Relentless Glue stun on pop now stuns DDTs & Blue MOABs for 0.25s"

However, they accidentally allowed it to stun ZOMGS and BFBS as well! This makes the relentless glue basically a budget Icicle Impale now, making it one of the strongest towers in the game. People already bought MOAB glue in their setups, so this relentless upgrade is only $3k for such a broken tower.
