I've been experimenting with a Last Epoch build, aiming for insane movement speed, exceeding 200. Let me be clear, it's not a powerhouse in terms of damage or defense, but the thrill lies in the speed. The build heavily relies on items cranked for movement speed, sacrificing other attributes. My health takes a hit due to these choices, but I've managed to boost my movement speed over 200, sometimes reaching 257.

I've incorporated unique items that increase movement speed upon killing rare enemies, pushing the limits. However, the damage output is low, and defenses are practically nonexistent. I've added flasks and decoys to compensate for the lack of damage against tougher enemies. It's a bit of a gamble, and I've died a few times.
