Thoughts on self evaluation and assessment by RichardSage / Richard Sage
Just wanted to share a thought on self evaluation and assessment.
As an example we'll look at my nutrition. I started eating lean chicken as my primary protein source.
After looking again at my results it appears I'm taking in more calories than I thought.
Implementing forward I will assume that the "2000" calories im tracking is not accurate.
Instead I will aim for 1500-1800 on MyFitnessPal and assume it's an under estimation.
Sometimes we need to have a quick glance at what we're doing.
A simple change can make a huge shift in progress
