EDIT: Once you deliver the 1st quest in the new game+ you open up a waypoint to the mapworks!!! so you can still do maps and a new game.

Just a quick view from my perspective on Torchlight 2 after playing through the game on the Casual difficulty (i will not say anything about the difficulty level in this game because of that)

It seems that for the End game you need to decide on doing either maps (shown in the vid) or doing the new game + mode (witch lets you go through the game again but the mobs scale up to your level)

All in all its a decent game for the 20 euros i paid for it, and i will be "casualy" playing it again ;)
