TMNT Arcade Oddity in Scene 4

During Level 4 (scene 4) of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, the original arcade game, I manage to pull-off a weird oddity. Specifically, my character was able to stand on top of the "One Way" sign after getting hit. As you can see, the foot solders don't know what to do and try attaching underneath. I was able ot jump up and land back on the side. (I did not record that.)

I've played this level dozens of time and I've never had this happen to me. Nor way I able to land on the sign intentionally. (Even if I walked off to the left and tried to jump back up on the sign, I could not.)

I am wondering if over people were able to pull this off?
