Tonsil Terror is a unique game where you are hunting for candy and avoiding ghosts and can't see except when you are screaming into a microphone.

There is an option to use the space bar instead of screaming which I switch to about 5 minutes in. To save my voice and your ears.

Also I compared this to the dead husband, Adam, in Beetlejuice when he transforms to scare the Deetz family, but it was his wife, Barbara, that I was thinking of. He had eyes on his fingers.
