For a final boss, it's very straightforward. The usual things, like buffing and wall-ing is pretty much all you need.

Phase one is taking down the pillars... which sadly takes no effort whatsoever.

Phase two is not difficult, but should still not be underestimated. Boss can take away all your Guards and buffs, it has a Line Faint attack, the mobs cause Vanish and upon death they explode taking away a tile from the ground. If there's a spot to use all your Zeram items, it's this one.
