The concluding part of my day spent at Stafford on the West Coast Mainline where we continue to see services from Virgin Trains, London Midland, Cross Country and various freight from Freightliner, DB Cargo UK and a visit from GWR.

This was by far and away the best part of the day with the sheer volume of freight passing through as well as seeing the New 387 units from Great Western Railway working a mileage accumulation test from Wembley to Crewe and back again, I've always loved filming here and I do highly recommend this station.

My next film is from Peterborough on the East Coast Mainline.
