RENOV ICKX TP BIS can be used in Free roam (using trick shown in video) or FOB Missions (from game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain). This version of the gun is non-lethal (tranquilizes and puts people to sleep) and video compares it to the lethal version (Reno ICKX BIS). Video also shows you how to get the blueprint, develop it, and then deploy it inside a FOB Event or free roam. It also demonstrates how to penetrate through obstacles (object penetration feature) by example (shooting through anti-air emplacement in free-roam). Note that this weapon was added recently (date of video) and you need the most recent update of the game and play FOB Events to exchange the event points for the blueprint. The Renov ICKX TP BIS has similar design features of the V-3 cannon (multiple charges along barrel used to accelerate bullet to a higher velocity, but using electricity instead).
