I start up Spark and spend some time talking about the game and setting up controls, and playthrough a good chunk of the game.

Spark emerged from the Sonic fan game community, Lakefeperd created it and was the main person behind a couple popular Sonic fan games: Sonic Before the Sequel and Sonic After the Sequel; the latter was a considerable improvement over the former and was a fan game I actually enjoyed a fair amount. This games level design and aesthetic is pretty similar to 'After the Sequel' but Spark himself, while fast, controls a decent amount different than Sonic. Most notably his ability to transform and gain different powers, kinda like Sonic meets Kirby. So far I'm really enjoying this game, there are some stability issues (most of which seem to occur when entering the game's pause menu) and some of the transformations seem really under powered (the more powerful ones are a blast to control though). Overall Spark has some powerful platforming and combat capabilities and the game is fun and just like 'After the Sequel' it's got an awesome soundtrack.
