Turbo Technologies Incorporated ( TTI ) - Lords of Thunder Promotion Video for TurboDuo console
This had to be my all-time favorite gaming promotional video - lol
It was SUPER LOW-BUDGET. In 1993, TTI collaborated with a video game import & domestic store called DIE HARD: Gamer's Club ( also the creators of the gaming publication "Die Hard GameFan" ) to do a gaming promo video. The game was called "Lords of Thunder" (known as Winds of Thunder in Japan ). It was a Super CD-ROM2 side-shooter ( now on the Virtual Console for the Nintendo Wii ) developed by Hudson Soft and Red Entertainment ( makers of Bonk's Adventure ). NEC's Turbografx-16 wasn't doing so well against Nintendo and Sega's consoles in the U.S. So the company underwent a serious "make-over" in the States. They called themselves Turbo Technologies Incorporated (TTI). NEC Japan had just recently upgraded their console called PC Engine. So the Turbografx-16 then became TurboDuo.
