This is a short explanation of Zones for Call of Duty Zombies.

I will go into adding zombie spawns etc in other videos.

The short of it is this. The default template map and script from treyarch is fine if you do not plan on having lots of areas in your map.

But if you want to have lots of areas behind doors and barriers etc you must configure the zone system.

Each Zombie Riser/Dog spawns etc need to then link to the zone they are in.

If you leave a zone info volume you will die, if you enter a zone by bypassing a door/barrier you will die.

Configuring them is very important, the example map from Chaos will be available when the tools are live.

I will go into more detail about this as I flesh out longer tutorials such as making a map from scratch with buyable objects etc
