The Theory I could come up with after watching the final part of Twin Peaks The Return episode 18.
In the video I forgot to add that in the transparent Coopers face part the face states "We live inside a dream" strengthening the theory even more.
There are a lot of things which could be added to the theory but I thought it would be the wisest to present you the main points here.
Sure the theory could be called "The Lazy Mans Theory" but with enough thought all things add up to this.
